At my house sweet potato wedges are a staple for family BBQ's, appetizer nights and you can't forget Game Day!

If you are missing sweet potato wedges, This low carb version is an amazing substitute! 

Keto "Sweet Potato" Wedges With Chipotle Dip

Wedges

No Potatoes 🥔 were harmed in the making of this recipe. 

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Cooked Cauliflower

  • 1 cup Pure Pumpkin Purée

  • Squeeze out excess liquid

  • Add 1 Egg

  • 1Tbs Ground Flax 

Directions:

  1. Mix ingredients together well

  2. Shape into wedges and bake

  3. 350 until crispy 🤤

Chipotle Dip

Mix together:

  • 1Tbs Mayo

  • 1Tbs No Sugar Added Ketchup 

  • 1/4tsp Chipotle Mango Seasoning
